DUE DILIGENCE
ForeSite's acquisition team subjects each potential site to an exhaustive due diligence process which ensures the development of readily accessible sites for tenants.

COMPREHENSIVE ACQUISITION PROCESS
During the evaluation process, prospective sites are identified and thoroughly examined to ensure they will be able to meet the client's project requirements. Once the optimal site has been determined, the acquisition team negotiates the lease/purchase of real property.

Michael L. Smith
President

Co-founder of ForeSite Towers, LLC., Mr. Smith was formerly (1979-1999) founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Concrete Solutions, Inc., a licensed general contractor and specialty sub-contractor. During his tenure at Concrete Solutions, Mr. Smith's company successfully negotiated and completed divisions of preeminent construction contracts throughout the country, including numerous nuclear missile magazines, international airports, federal courthouses, CEBAF's (Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility) and hospitals. Mr. Smith has also been a successful real estate developer of single-family projects, directing land acquisition, zoning, and design through completion of construction.

 

     

 

 

Paul Beasley
Vice President

Mr. Beasley's responsibilities include tower development, asset management and all third party real estate and construction service work. He was formerly (1997-1999) with James M. Vardaman and Company, Inc., a forestry-consulting firm with responsibilities including the sale, evaluation, and management of timber and land in Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Alabama, Lousiana, and Mississippi as well as a licensed General Contractor throughout the SouthEast.

 

     

 

 

Krista M. Young
Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Young has served as Chief Financial Officer of ForeSite since February 2000. Her responsibilities are for overall financial operations of the company including financial analysis, accounting, treasury and human resource functions. Formerly, (1994-1998) Mrs. Young served as Controller for Capstone Capital Corporation (NYSE:CCT) a healthcare real estate investment trust. She was primarily responsible for oversight of accounting functions, financial reporting, cash management, and SEC reporting and compliance.
